L\u2019<strong>autonomia<\/strong>, infatti, le aiuta a promuovere i cambiamenti sociali. Tuttavia, collaborare con istituzioni pubbliche e private pu\u00f2 massimizzarne l\u2019impatto.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3f52dd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c3f52dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Questo principio \u00e8 fondamentale per mantenere la <strong>fiducia<\/strong> nei cittadini e nei donatori. Le ONG, infatti, devono escludere ogni forma di distribuzione dei profitti ai loro membri e\/o dirigenti.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-995b200 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"995b200\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Trasparenza<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5f5ffe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c5f5ffe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe ONG hanno l\u2019obbligo di comunicare pubblicamente il modo in cui utilizzano i fondi. Ci\u00f2 garantisce <strong>credibilit\u00e0<\/strong> e <strong>trasparenza<\/strong>, evitando che corruzione e malaffare dilaghino. Le ONG devono anche rispondere, limpidamente, alle domande di chi le segue e sostiene.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8ccdb66 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8ccdb66\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le ONG in Italia: il Codice del Terzo settore<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5d06f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e5d06f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In Italia, le ONG sono regolamentate dal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavoro.gov.it\/documenti-e-norme\/normative\/Documents\/2017\/Decreto-legislativo-03072017-n-117-Codice-del-Terzo-settore.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Codice del Terzo settore<\/strong><\/a> (<strong>decreto legislativo 117\/2017<\/strong>), che stabilisce i requisiti per il riconoscimento e il funzionamento delle organizzazioni di volontariato e delle associazioni di promozione sociale.<\/p><p>Il Codice definisce le norme per la costituzione, la gestione e la supervisione delle ONG, assicurando che operino in modo trasparente e responsabile. Tra i requisiti principali vi sono l\u2019iscrizione ad appositi <strong>registri<\/strong>, la presentazione di <strong>bilanci annuali<\/strong> e la conformit\u00e0 a <strong>standard etici<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Il Codice del Terzo settore rappresenta un <strong>quadro normativo completo<\/strong> che mira a promuovere la <strong>crescita <\/strong>e la <strong>sostenibilit\u00e0 <\/strong>delle ONG in Italia, garantendo al contempo la protezione degli interessi pubblici e una buona qualit\u00e0 dei servizi erogati.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05a419a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"05a419a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Legislazione europea<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48c4a9e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"48c4a9e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A livello europeo, <strong>non esiste una normativa che regolamenti tutte le ONG<\/strong>, in quanto le competenze spettano ai singoli Stati membri.
